Clutch/Pressure Plate problems. Help please!
Hey guys, well I pulled my trans and installed my flywheel, clutch, and pressure plate. Im almost positive I installed everything the correct way. Well I put the trans back on and bled the clutch lines.
Everything seems fine. The car shifts perfectly when it is off. When it is on, it shifts fine in all gears except the wheels spin in all gears (car is on jackstands). I do not know what the problem is. When a friend holds the wheels from spinning and i try to put it in gear, it does not want to go in. Is the clutch not fully disengaging?
If anybody has any insight at all I would really appreciate it. I might purchase a new master and slave cylinder tomorrow. Hopefully this will solve the problem. I do not want to drop the trans again if i dont have to. If anybody knows or thinks of anything please let me know.
By the way, when under the dash and pressing my clutch in, it looks like the rod or piston has a bend in it. Could this be part of the problem? Also, I dont think the slave cylinder is moving its full range of motion when the clutch is pressed in, maybe only about 1/2" or so. It does not move throughout the whole boot.

Thanks for the input man.
I actually did not bleed the system correctly. I did it again according to the helm manual and everything is perfect now!
Thanks again.
