I bought a gsr tranny and where the pin goes in to connect the linkage is broke, I have an extra tranny to get the part from but am scared to crack the tranny and take it apart, is there any other way to fix it?

Nope. Replacement is the only sure and safe way to fix it. It also looks a little bent.
