I noticed a spot of oil on the driveway and found that my tranny is leaking where it meets the block, I was thinking rear main seal, but was wondering if anyone thinks it's something else.

pic doesnt do much but i would bet one the real main seal as long as the oil isnt comming down from above the trans like at the head gasket ... remember always look further up from what you think is leaking to make sure ... gravity does pull oil down

 

hmmm i wouldnt know much about this but one time this happened, it was the seal near the axel
