Could I used regular motor oil for Manuel trans if so 10-30 ?

 

it would be ok for temporary use however I would highly recommend either oem Honda mtf or gm synchromesh.

 

What transmission do you have? I would recommend Honda MTF at least.

 

Honda MTF3 on stock or light modified cars. Torco RTF on heavy modified cars.

 

Do NOT run Honda MTF if this is a 10+ year old transmission. What kinda advice are you giving this guy that stuff is pisswater for the newest generation transmissions, it will kill older technology trans in a fuvkin hurry

Assuming this is D or B series, Synchromesh works great for the price, Torco is a nice extra insurance with a little price. 10W-30 conventional non systhentic does work very well in older D16 transmissions

 

I've had more success using 10w30 over MTF in my stock geared transmission and I've also used 75w140 smoothest shifting ever, with MTF always grinds.
