tps sensor!!
The tps on my gsr broke and I was also surprised by the lack of nuts. It apears to be rivited on they are actually screwed with the head snapped off. I used a very small punch to start it turning and was able to put some vice grips on it and finish it what way. It new tps was put on with a normal screw so I could adjust it and then tighten it.

its because you arent supposed to touch the TPS sensor. it comes calibrated from the factory and should never need to be reset.
but yes, a dremel and a flathead works great.

I just posted in another thread about an article I read somewhere, where you can get a TPS from a Honda motorcycle dealer. The honda car dealers only sell them with the throttlebody.
Try calling one to find out. The TPS's are all the same.
