TPS adjustment

Hello, I have a b16a2 and I have a throttle body rebored in 65mm (60mm stock) the problem is that I do not know with how much volte I must regulate my TPS and my idle make up and down sometimes. Honda advises me 0.32V and other person 0.45V...
