Default T.P.S. please advise

ok before anyone gets their panties in a wad; i have used the "search" function and found nothing so;
i have replaced my stock throttle body from a '00 civic sohc w/ a integra gsr throttle body. i used the stock throttle position sensor. the idle wants to stay around 2000rpm momentarily and corrects, if the a/c is running it wants to stay at 2000 or so
how do i resolve this problem? do i reset ecm, somehow adjust tps, or.....

Is there an IACV on the TB you swapped in?

Did you calibrate the TPS?
