2 cups per pint.
2 pints per quart...
you need 8\10ths of a quart out of the bottle.
if there are 4 cups per quart... then you need to take out 3 and 1\5th cups. Use a kitchen measuring cup. Easy as pie.

Checking the dip stick will not help......you must check the oil while the engine is hot because that is when the oil is spread through-out the engine and not gathered within the oil pan.
transmission fluid are supposed to be checked w/ the engine off. I don't mean to argue, but I used to work for honda and that was one of their many guidelines on how fluids it should be done.
But I think Riceboy out smarted us both
