my driver side mount loocks like its twisted and my engine in 1st gear under 1k it rocks back and forth and the shift from 2nd to 3rd gear over 6k it grinds some times dont even go in some times, no my trany is not broke anybody think its cause of the torn mount

a grind is usually syncros

the shake back and forth is when your moving?

 

get some motor mount inserts, if it still grinds you got
bad syncros.good luck.

 

bad syncros? could u explaine more

 

The syncros are in the tranny they help the gears mess when
shifting, when they go bad it's time to rebuild it.
