timing issues. timing is off.
well the mechanical timing is correct. the crank is on top dead center and the cams are dead on were they should be. the gun still reads 9 degrees with the dist. fully advanced. I'm not throwing any codes. I don't know how to fix this. this is on an 89 DX with a ZC.

yah a long time ago i made the same mistake
I did the timing belt on a 89 crx and the timing was off, but I forgot to let the car warm up first...

I let it warm up, it was running for about 15 minutes. the rpm's were around 700-800. thats what it normally idles at. this has me all confused.
