Timing belt problem

Default Timing belt problem

Ok i tighten my timing belt and it is tight on the front side. The side that goes around the tensioner and water pump it is not as tight as the front. I can wiggle it just a little. Does that side have to be tight also liek the first one i described??

I am using a gsr timing belt, with gsr water pump,gsr oil pump on a 96 ls block.
