Default Tie rod boots are torn.

Today when I backed out my car I noticed what looked like fresh oil on the driveway. So I jack up the car and it looks like its coming from the tie rod boots or as the manual calls it the Steering gear boots. The boot on both sides is torn completely, but only the passenger side is leaking what Looks to be gear oil.. Does that mean that the other side has already completely leaked out? And also should I not drive at all until I get the car fixed?

if theres no noise its ok to drive it but highly suggest to avoid driving to long like that. more damage can occur and that means more work and money
