Default threw a code 4

well i did a search on "code 4" and i got nothing. i just did a b16a swap (obd1) into my 98 ex (OBD2). now its throwing a code 4-crank position sensor. has anyone else had this problem?

any suggestions on a fix?

the obd-1 crank position sensor is in the distributor and the obd-2 sensor is on the front (timing belt side) of the block. The obd-2 sensor is a two wire magnetic pickup that when combined with a toothed wheel give an output voltage back to the ecu/pcm. The questions I have for you is what ecu/pcm are you using and what wiring harness are you using? The reason I ask is that you might be using a obd-2 wiring harness that does not have the wiring for a crank sensor that is in the distributor because that sensor is located on the side of the block.

how would you go about wireing the cps with a OBD2 dizzy??
