Default thinking of converting to boost

currently my block is a b18c sleeved w/ 84mm endyn rollerwaves w/ 12.5 comp and am using crower econo rods.... aside from the obvious things to switchover and prep for boost.... could i go with a different set of rings to bring the compressioin down and still use the same pistons???? i will definitly be upgrading the rods as well.... thnx for any info fellas

You cannot raise or lower compression with rings. You need new pistons.
