Default thick head gasket timing problems?

will I need an adjustable cam gear for a .074" cometic gasket, will a gasket of that thickness effect cam timing?

yes you would need to adjust cam timing that gasket is almost 1mm thick

thats closer to 2mm its actually 1.8796mm thick its really going to drop compression...
