Is there a difference between B18A 91 and B18B 95 on the bottom end of the engine

Default Is there a difference between B18A 91 and B18B 95 on the bottom end of the engine
I have a great deal on a b18a 91 bottom end and was wondering if it is the EXACT EXACT same bottom end as a b18b 95. Would the 95 head fit PERFECTLY on a b18a bottom ? Would my ross pistons and Hbeam rods fits perfectly in a b18a because I bought them for the b18b 95.

Can someone else confirm this, that they are Absolutely 100% the same ? Si why is there a difference in hp ?

the head/cams is why there is a diff. in hp.
