Adds a little power, alot of noise and alot of pollution. Just get a highflow cat.

Carsound. But note that unless the engine is heavily modified, the price doesn't justify the performance increase. Figure maybe 3hp on a mostly stock engine.

Then you'll blow the cat up in less than 6 months and then have to gutt it so you minus well buy a test pipe cuzz I wasted my money on it .

Carsound cats have a 5 year/25,000 mile warranty.

I made my own test-pipe for my old exhaust system... really impressive gains. Not worth the smell and pollution though. Now i'm running SMSP high-flow cat.

You mean a Carsound. Dave uses Carsound cats for all applications.

testpipes are believed to add high rpm hp but usualy just make u lose torque and is really only for straight up drag

unless ure car is turbo there isnt much of a benefit except loud noise, and tickets

Thats not true... i made good power throughout my entire rev band with my test pipe... but then again, it was on stock exhaust piping...

Really? Do you have a before and after dyno chart?

Nope, but im sure your going to tell me that I need a dyno to prove it, and that I'm a stupid moron for making such claims without a chart to prove it. Your right, I'm sorry, I retract all of my previous statements. None of the mods on my car have made a difference since I don't have a dyno graph to prove it.

What I take exception to in your post is the term good power (too relative for this discussion IMO, I was hoping for actual numbers), and your statement that the test pipe helped power output at all RPM. Simply asking for numbers to quantify what you were stating is in no way calling you a stupid moron, so settle down.
