Default TDC sensor

Ok, jsut finished installing swap D15 vtec in 89 civic SI..Trying to turn engine over and there is no engagement of the starter.. Looked at ECU and get 8 flashes then a pause then 8 more.. I'm assuming the TDC sensor is disconnected ? but where is it ? ..
I did have to rewire the distributor for the new engine (old one had barrel connectors and new one had the gray rectangle ones ..7 wires on each distributor but the old one had two white wires ..
I'm thinking that's it and I have them crossed..

Thanks N aDvance
