TB work
I am thinking of boring out TB. Can somone who has done that to thier motor explain to me what to expect in terms of idle performance and fuel consumption and how this impacts existing fuel flow maps?
Also, does this mod do ANY thing without boring intake port to match TB? Should the same shop who does TB do intake mani?
Thanks.

Basically it allows the engine to suck in more air faster. But, your limited to the cams.
So, the TB is actually just a throttle response mod not a horsepower increase.
You will increase fuel consumption and your MAP sensor will use more aggressive maps because it see more air.
EDIT: You are better off spending money on cam/cams right now.
