Default Tach wiring...

Igot a 92 civic si hatch... need to know what wires need to be jumped for the tach signal.. any ideas?

i think its blue...at least on my 4th gen accord, its blue...and its coming off the distributor.

Agree with that, If you got an Si then why in the **** would you want a tach?? anyways if you still wanna wire it up the easiest place is to just tap off the stock signal line running to the back of the cluster... it will be the only blue wire. There are other places to tap it out on the engine bay and at the ECU but you would either have to extend some wires or run them through the firewall... Good Luck

Use the blue wire, a guy I know had a tach hooked up at a local shop, and listen to this ****! Everytime he would push on the clutch the car would die. So he paid $700 to have a new clutch installed, still the same problem. So for some reason they disconnected the tach, and it worked.
