Default Swap question

Hey what's up..
My little bro has a 92 cx and he just bought a motor to put into the car..the Motor is a B18C5 Head with a B16B bottom end..the Motor came with no harness at all..Can I use the stock cx harness and just run the Vtec wire(anyone have pic's of this)..how about the injectors do they plug in?..Am I going to need to buy a new distributer or will the stock one work..

When I did my swap it was real easy it just dropped in..but this one is going to be a little bit of a challenge for me...

Any Help would be great..Thanks

actually your in luck....all 92 civics came prewired for vtec...so the harness is all plug and play...
as far as the dizzy...which one are you referring to? the stock cx or the gsr?
stock cxdizzy-not without modification, but would still advise to buy the right one...i think the part number is td44u
stock gsr dizzy-yes
injectors are the same

i thought the connectors on the 92 to 95 wouldnt fit on dohc motors becuz they never came with dohc but the 96 to 00 civic had the connectors for the b16 and just had to extend them.

edit* i thought you were using the gsr engine harness...if you are going to be using the cx engine harness youd still need to run the two vtec wires to the shock tower connector or directly to the ecu....if your running a stock intake maifold you also need to wire the iab wire directly to the ecu...

drop the motor in and as long as your engine harness is obd1 fire it up. everything connects and vtec is already wired in. just got done doing a very similiar on my 92 dx.
