Depends on how much you want to spend.
Tein's are the best for around 2K$.
~1K you could go for a set of Koni Yellows w/ Skunk 2 coilovers. I've run this setup for two of my cars and I'm quit pleased with them. But planning on getting the Tein's.

if you're not planning to go autocrossing or anything of that nature, Tein SS are going to be over kill, unless you have the dough to spend. Just get some Koni Yellows with some GC's with the adapter to get rid of the spring perch or similar.
FYI i have the Tokico Illumina with the semi-threaded body.. matched variable spring rates

I have the Tanabe Sustec proSS coilovers. Medium spring rates so the ride quality is still pretty nice. for auto-x they feel perfect with the damping turned most of the way up. Perfect for a street/track car.

</TD></TR></TABLE>Both the Tein's and Buddy Clubs are made for racing. And I mean real road course racing, not Walmart parking lot autocrossing. The Koni setup worked out fine for daily driving and an track event every so often. But I'm getting more serious about the track driving and need a more serious suspension setup.
If you get a chance, go to a NASA event and check out what the drivers are running there. You'll have your hard core racers with race only setups, but that type of setup would destroy your prostate daily driving. Then you'll also find guys like me who daily drive and also track their car.
If you don't plan on tracking your car and you're on a budget, I would suggest the Koni's and then putting the extra money in some good rubber. jmo

well i'm not going autocrossing
just running the 1/4 mile... and want something thats going to give nice 60 fts and better et's
i'm assuming the buddy club 's are good for either auto xing or 1/4 runs because of there springs are 600 and 800 respectively
