Default stuck valve in vtec head

i was wondering the best way to fix a sticky valve in my b16 head.......have some ideas just was wondering what others think]

maybe use an oil with a detergent such as mobil 1 drive clean?

pretty sure i just had the valves ground and when i took them out it was fine. now i just new valve seal in and it wouldnt come out......

try removing the seal (replace again their cheap)...take a hammer and a small punch and tap the valve out the guide..once u have the valve out either have the guide replaced or u can have it reconditioned and cleaned (on the inside) at the machine shop...if u decide to recondition it make sure u have the play checked (valve to guide clearence)

are you saying you want to get the valve out of head, or the valve is not opening and closing correctly?

I can tell you on the first part, sometimes the keeper groove can develop a ridge around the top and makes it hard to pull through, what I would do is take a fine file and work it around the valve mainly concentrating on the keeper groove don't go crazy with the file or use alot of force and keep repeating this until the valve comes out freely.

were you using the stock retainer or a Ti retainer?

valve will not come out of the head it gets stuck in the valve guide and im using stock retainers
