Default Stripped head bolt threads

We have just recieved our prototype block repair kit that repairs stripped head bolt threads in the block. It works . It installs a 30mm threaded steel sleeve at the correct location. We know offer the repair for $40.00 for the first hole and $10.00 each after that. The kit with Block plate, drill bushing, center finder, two-step drill, tap, and installer, etc. should be avail. in a month or so if you are interested.

Sounds like a good price, but those are just Helicoils from any good auto store.

Are you sure? B/C they give you a drill bit to drill out the old hole, and you rethread the hole w/ a tap they give you then you insert the "coil" which is what holds the bolt.

yea..i know all that..the coil is basically the new threads on the block..but those threads dont match up to the threads on the head bolt...they're a little bit finer...
