Default gutting cat

if i drilled a couple small holes in the honeycomb to make it flow better would a still get a cel light.i got a 99 gsr obd2. i have a cheap ebay resonated testpipe but i get a cell when i put that on.

Usually gutting a cat will cause turbulance and restricts flow.

Just get a high flow cat and some o2 simulators or something like that. Besides a honda without a cat sounds like ****.
