Default stripped bolt

hey HT
so on my b16 i have 1 out of 3 bolts stripped.
its for the midshaft and in a tight space
what would u guys suggest to remove it w/o pulling out the engine?

Are you talking about the driveshaft halfshaft mount? Are the threads or head stripped?

If the head is rounded off, you can buy little bolt-out sockets/kits that attach to your ratchet. The sockets are made to bite into the rounded metal. Sears, Autozone, napa, etc will have them

Every machanic should have a set of those. You never know when the bolt is going to go round.

Thats it, other then that you can try a reversing bit but thats gonna take a little work.
