Default Streetable Horsepower

What would be the most horsepower that wouldnt make a car undrivable or useless trying to control on the street? This would be for forced induction motors. In other words what would be the most horsepower for a fwd honda civic that could be dueable?

That depends on the driver and his skill level. There is no magic number.

Around 350whp is a good amount to shoot for. You don't have to worry about breaking **** all the time and you can keep the stock axles.

This, someone can crash a car with 250whp while other people can control 600whp. There is no set limit. My personal range is 400-500whp.
