Default Strange 3 bar mapsensor problem

whats up guys,

I've got a problem with my car/S300 I started the car and was driving around a little and suddenly the car shut off and wouldn't start, there was a strong smell of fuel so I set the ignition on ON and started datalogging and when I tried to start the car the map trace goes completely to the 28 psi boost collumn instead of the vacuum collumns

I double checked my 3 bar mapsensor wiring and it shows me the correct values
I checked the ground continuity and that was good
checked to see if there is 5v on the C pin
and checked the voltage at the B pin which showed me 1.6v

According to http://www.hondata.com/tech3barmap.html my mapsensor is correctly wired.

WHat do you guys suggest?
Is there a way that i can test out the sensor itself?
