STR throttle body getting stuck

STR throttle body getting stuck
I revved it up a little and the throttle got stuck, I lubed it and it got a little better but didn't completely fix the problem. If it matters it's a 68mm on a gsr. Any help is appreciated, thanks!

No it's not. I was told to sand around the butterfly a little and see if that solves the problem just waiting to get off if work to do it.
