Default throttle get stuck! help!

My throttle get stuck. When I let go of the gas, it just stay at 2.5 RPM. I know it's the throttle because I checked. Now, how can I get it to work properly again? I tried using engine cleaner, but that's not working. Any suggestion? What can I remove or use to loosen it up again?

Thanks!

could be a tight nut on the TB...
could also just be a lot of gunk in there causing it to get stuck. pull of the intake pipe attached to the TB and inspect it for garbage.
clean as necessary
