Default Stock OBD1 Injectors

I have Stock OBD1 Injectors for a 95 B18C1, so there is no resistor box. I know the solid colored wires go to the ECU for each injector. But what do the yellow/black wires on all the injectors get hooked up to? Are they ground? Or are they power? Thanks for any help.
