How high can I safely rev a stock ls/vtec?

 

There is nothing stock about an ls-vtec it totally goes against the definition of that word. Anyway if the block wasn't in any way strengthened i wouldn’t go beyond 7200rpm. That’s all the ls block was designed to take. The head can do more but the head wont work with out the block. Search and you will find a lot more.
