Default stock head bolts???

whats up i am about to put my head on my block... i have all new gaskets ect.... i was wondering is it necessary to buy new head studs or bolts.. im not going turbo or anything of the sort its just a stock gsr basically... i have 2 sets of b16's which are the same i believe... i heard if you re-use the stock head studs to torque them down a lil more then stock. like 2-3 pounds more.... is that a bad idea? and or using them in general a bad idea?

You're supposed to use new head bolts everytime, but I re-use them most of the time on stock motors, I've had no problems. B18/B16's have different head bolts.
