Still will not start
Here is what I am working with:
I bought a used 92 CX hatch with a b16 swap. Car didn't run. Owner did not know what was going on...
Compression is good. Wiring harness was horrible so I bought a 92 Si harness and cleaned the rest of the wiring up. Also just purchased a new main relay. I adjusted the valves, etc. I am getting spark and it tries to run but will not fully crank over. And yes I have reset the ECU everytime I try something different. Also no codes are being thrown, which is the frustrating part.
Any ideas or help would greatly be appreciated.
Thanks.
On another note. Is anyone running a MSD distubutor? Can you use it with an B16A (OBD1)?

Are you using a MSD distributor currently? Get back to stock to eliminate that variable.
Turn the key 'on': The fuel pump primes for 2 seconds and then the CEL goes out, right? Have a fuel pressure gauge to make sure you do have pressure?
What about the wiring did you clean up? Just re-tape/re-loom, you mean?

Cleaned up? = the guy who had it before me had quick connections for some of the wires so I took those off and sodered them
No, I am not running an MSD distributor but was wondering what it would take to run one on an OBD1 b16.
Yes the fuel pump primes and CEL goes out
"did you plug all the plugs in its correct plugs" = yes, double checked and triple checked (also had two friends who also have b-series swapped civics) we are all scratching our heads
Have not checked fuel pressure, but after trying to turn the car over a couple of times and pulling out a spark plug you can definately smell the fuel
I am going to re-do all of the grounds to make sure they are perfect...
Any othere ideas???
thanks for the help and bump if you read this, I need to get this running
