still Idle.. sorry for the same topic but need help badly
1. Cleaned Air control valve (the one w/ two 12 bolts) bolding on the back of the intakemanifold.
2. Cleaned Throttle body.
3. No error codes.
Idle was fine for awhile. I turned off the car and started again, let the car run while i was cleaning up some stuff. While I started the car and planned to go to home depot.. i realized.. when i press the gas pedal a little and hold it steady, it sounds like "woo...woo..wooo..woo..wooo" very constant. and the rpm needles just jumps up and down between 1000-1500 .. like there is a ryhthm. Pls help...

Alright, I will check the fast idle control valve thing. Sorry for being stupid but how can i check it? Just see if it's dirty?
the FICV is like a thermostat kinda, alteast that`s the way I think of it...Theres like a brass nipple in the center and it`s spring loaded, then a white ring around it that has groves in it, if that ring is loose, it won`t work right. Try to tighten it(clockwise) and see what happens.

I had the same problem, its your TPS sensor, did you messed around with it. Swap TPS sensors, but when you do you'll need a voltage meter to time the correct voltage to your specification. If you tried that then try another map sensor, but guaranteed its your TPS sensor
Thanks all of u for useful answers
I will check on the TPS sensor. I have never messed with any sensors before. Maybe it ran out or something. Need more info.. where is TPS sensor located. and what does TPS stand for?
thanks again
sorry
