Default stalling

what's up everyone! I have this problem with my car stalling. most of you are probably like learn how to drive, but the thing is that it stalls when im at a dead stop and the tach needle drops pretty fast and next thing u know....dah dah dah. I never had this problem until i got a valve adjustment a few weeks ago. if this has happened to anyone else, i'd like to hear what u do to maybe correct the problem. thanks.

btw, I drive a 96 GeeSeR.

Check the distributor, check you injectors, and have your valve adjustment redone maybe they screwed everything up

making sure that your car is firing properly, and getting enough fuel. I think.
