Approx 331lb/in front linear and 126-190lb/in rear progressive.
Stock G3 teg rates are 212lb/in front and 117lb/in rear.
I have them on my 99GSR along with Koni yellows and the CT rear sway/tie combo and I love it, handles great, enjoy

Are the those integra spring rates the same across all G3 years and models (LS/RS/GS-R but minus the typeR i assume)???

Do you know what the stock EG civic EX coupe springrates are? The idea of swapping out a full G3 integra suspsion came to mind and was hoping the stock teg springrates are significantly better than the EG civics...

Not sure about the rates for the civics, but yes these are the rates for all G3 tegs except for typeR(which I think are 246fr/180-246rr), enjoy

i know the spring rate for an EK. 179.3F 100.8R.

im wonder if the pro kits for civic is any different with the pro kits made for integra's.

the spring rate for all integra's are the same, even for the type R, if i remember correctly.

check out this page, some useful spring rate chart. http://php.indiana.edu/~bchang/Pics/...ate_Table.html
