Default Spoon head gasket??

Has anybody use one before? If so is it even worth it for a B16?

i believe it bumps compression a tad and ive heard no complaints about it at all...figure out the specs on the mugen as well because i believe the two have a little bit different effects on compression...one might suit your needs better than the other

Spoon = .45mm
Mugen = .47mm

Either will provide basically the same bump in compression (roughly +.3 points), though the Mugen appears to be the more widely-used of the two. It's also worth mentioning that a thinner gasket will retard cam timing slightly.

I just want to up the compression a wee bit. I'm building a mostly stk B16A for my girlfriends delsol. It's gotta be really reliable.
