Default Speedo not working...in need of help

my speedometer is not working. it flickers up to 60 or 40 every once in awhile. every other guage works. i had changed the VSS( Vehicle Speed Sensor) and both o2 sensors and neither had fixed the problem. please, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

i'm assuming that it is odb2 (both o2 sensors). Is the VSS plug loose? My civic was having issues like that and i found out that after I changed my VSS, the plug connecting to it had rattled loose because somehow the clip on it broke. I changed the clip and haven't had any problems since. Have you pulled out the gauge cluster in the dash recently? If so, a plug issue could have occurred there, too.

i had a similar problem, the pins in the plug were rusted out causing intermittent connection.
