Default Speedo and Alarm problem help TIA!

94 Acura Integra
Okay here is the problem, my speedo acts all messed up... Sometimes it is fine, sometimes when i gun it, it'll jump to 120km/hr or fluctuate like 40-80 or just be really unsteady like boucning to whatever it wishes. It usually messes up after everytime I go for a rip.

When the Problem first started:
My friend helped me with a coolant flush, but in the process splashed water all over the engine bay, either messing up my speedo or distributer. It has been going on for awhile, and now i want to get it fixed

Where to look? What to look for? How much to fix? Would or could it be the ignitor coil? My rpm/gas/engine temp guages all work fine, and the cluster was fine before that.

By the way, yesterday I was a moron and acidentally drained my ep13 hawker mini battery(i htink its a dry or gel cell battery?). Now my car alarm doesn't work. It isn't in valet mode or whatever. I unplugged battery, took out option fuse, waited for a bit plugged it back in, and the alarm sounded like a little wuss trying to scream.
