Default Speed limiter?

I have a CRX with a B16a(JDM motor) and I am wondering if there is any way to remove the speed limiter? I have a VAFC on the car and I thought that would remove it but it still does it at 110MPH. I use the car to do track days with and it sucks only being able to go 110mph on straights. Any way to take it off?

toss the VAFC and have the car tuned. removing the speed limiter is as simple as a check box.

by check box, I mean a setting in Crome.
(options [F4] - bottom left)
focus on the ECU, it will make a dramatic change in the way the car runs. (provided you tune it of course)

Crome is OBD1 only.
there are a few OBD0 editors also. check out http://www.pgmfi.org/forum and search through the OBD0 forum. read and search before asking questions.
