Default Speaker wire ground wire?

I read somewhere else on the board that speaker wire is a better ground for the engine than the stock ground wire. Could someone please post how to make a better ground using speaker wire (if possible).

here is a picture anyways,

make it like that using 8 gauge power cable with gold connectors.

for your gearbox/block earth use 4 gauge cable

(try your local radioshack)
