Default Spark plugs flooded with Fuel causing No Start

My car seems to flood itself everytime I try to start it up. The plugs are full of fuel and I have good spark but starts for a bit and then won't keep going. It will run once I clean out all the fuel from the plugs and motor but everytime I shut off the car it floods itself again and then I have to pull the plugs and clean them again. So I can start and it starts fine but everytime I shut off the car then I have to repeat the process to get the car going again. LMK your thoughts.. ECU control the pulsewidth, but they work fine in my other car. I dunno.

Is it flooding all 4 cylinders? The injectors share a common power, and have separate ground controlled wires. When the PCM makes the ground connection, an individual injector fires. If the problem was on 1 cylinder I'd think it was a stuck open injector. If it's on every cylinder, maybe the harness is broken and shorting to ground?

Ditto the above^^^ I would pull the fuel rail along with the injectors have everything plugged in and turn on the ign. switch to run, [not start] do the injectors spray?

Also see if they spray when you turn the ign. off.

It sure sounds like fuel is getting into the cylinders when there is no spark, either when ign. is first turned on or after the ign. is turned off.

What happens if after you turn off the ign. and then when you go to restart, turn it all the way to start, without pausing at all in the acc. or run positions? 94
