ive got a jdm type r , and they catagorized these plugs to work with everything thats vtec, but i was wondering if they knew what the hell they were talking about? good buy or no? if not anyone have any reccomendations

those are iridium plugs, no big deal, do you have mods?
Personally, think of it this way, if you have the usual mods I/H/E i would recomend to either go what your manual recommends or buy the equivalent on iridium, but the real truth is that you won't be gaining anything (well, maybe .1HP) powerwise, BUT the iridium will last a lot more than regular plugs.
either way, you can find these for 25 bucks on the net, so think about it, you have time.
