Default Spark Plug problem, help please!

I took the spark plug out today and the tip appear red rather than brown or black, 100% sure like flame red. Also the car is hard to start and feel rough below 3-4k rpm.
Can anyone tell me did i blow the engine or burnt valve or something else??

Thanks....

You're on FIRE buddy! Sometimes, probably most of the time, fuel additives give a certain color to parkplugs. Driveability issues are fun to trace out, it usually starts with replacing all the replaceable items, cap, rotor, wires after a long while, fuel filter. Depending on how many miles you've got on, o2 sensor condidion..so on and so fourth....

As long as there aren't little glitter speckles of aluminum along with the flaming red plugs. You could clean the sparkplugs with a wire-brush if you like......

Yes... NOS additive is notorious for fouling a plug with a red residue... gas additives are a waste of cash....
