okay found this...
Normal, but with red coating: The red coating is a result of the additives in lower-quality unleaded fuel and will be visible on the plug's ceramic insulation. The red coating is not an indication of any engine problems.
but i dont use no low quality fuel. i use some high quality 93 octane from the same gas station that provides 110 octane racing fuel. well i did put some octane booster in it one time..wierd.

Yep, octane booster will do that. About a year ago, I got some bad fuel and my car was detonating. I bought some octance booster, and when I eventually changed the plugs, they were red.
