take the stock horn wires, and splice them with the ones on the back of the new wheel..

Another way is to make a "shoe horn" ( a flat piece of copper that has been bent in a slight arc so that either end can be secured while the center is elevated enough to make contact with a given surface) that goes behind the steering wheel hub and touches the smooth copper surface on the back of the steering wheel. Attach the stock horn wire to this, and the hub should have something to attach the wires in the Sparco wheel to the hub. If it's a MOMO hub that you are using then you should be able to ground the other wire inside the hub by using the small piece that holds the horn button in place.

This method works on SRS equipped vehicles that have had the SRS equipment removed.
