OBDI GSR.

My idle is starting to fall apart on me. It will seem to be nice and steady for about 20 seconds and then it will start to bog down for about 10 seconds causing the engine to really jerk and buck and then it will smooth out again for another 10 seconds and then bog out again for a while and keep cycling like this over and over. Think it's my 02?

 

Sounds similar to symptoms of a lazy O2 sensor, but yours are very severe. Just for kicks, unplug the O2 sensor and see if the idle smooths out. (This may or may not set a code for the O2 sensor though, and you'll have to clear that when everythings back together)
