what up everytime i hit 2.9000 till 3.2000 RPM, my engine makes a rattling sound, sounds almost like some springs are loose, and then like 5 to 6 rpms..... same noise... (ill try my best to get a sound or clip so you all know) but its really loud and annoying. anything i should do that dosent require buying a whole engine or something that requires alot of $...would be cool ....I'm trying to save all my money if nessisarry. thanks guys

take off the oil pan and baffle and look for metal chips..could be a spun bearing or broke oil pump gear..

 

ha im prolly betting its both... maybe some more... wouldnt be suprized thanks man

 

Very possibly a rod bearing failure.

 

maybe a valve clicking...?? im not sure
