Default Sohc vtec head question

Im looking to find out if its possible to run the whole y8 lma set up on a z6 head. I already know it bolts up and all the lmas line up. Was just wondering if they are going to work. I wouldnt see why not. And have already bolted them up. But it will be a while before i put the motor in the car. Was just curious.

Thanks gives me a little piece of mind.

At first i try to put just the lmas in the z6 lma holders (dont know the technical name, haha) and they are a different syle lma. Y8 is hold at the top of the lma, z6 has a lip at the bottom. So i just the whole y8 lma and lma holder. Looks good.

Thanks
